Job Requirements:

As a Lead Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality, safety, and appearance of our outpatient medical facilities. You will work closely with our Operations and Real Estate Managers to prioritize and track Preventative Maintenance tasks and work order management for assigned properties.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Operations and Real Estate Managers as required by performing special requests/projects, providing input to the Real Estate Manager for the formulation of building budgets, and assisting in monitoring and coordinating capital improvement, tenant build out, and property renovation projects as required.
