SUMMARY: The IT Manager will work with the CFO to administer agency information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides a high level of technical expertise in the implementation and maintenance of Information Technology systems.
- Responsible for relationship management and interface with IT vendors.
- Responsible for maintaining security of all IT systems and equipment to protect agency data including security audits and policies
- Develops recommendations and advises Executive Leadership on upcoming IT contracts, improvements, and budgeting.
- Continue to cultivate knowledge and keep current with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.
- Supports achievement of Agency mission, vision, and reflects its values in work behavior.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Works to improve efficacy related to use, analysis, and extraction of data and reporting and measurables needed by the Agency.
- Engages with various departments of the agency to review efficacy, systems mapping, process design, and applicability of information systems
- Create/update user guides, procedures, and other written documentation for ongoing use
- Conference/Community room meeting equipment support
- End-user training for applications
- Develops and advises Executive leadership on IT contracts, improvements, security, and budgeting
- Create and keep current IT policies and procedures
- Maintain IT inventories
- Prepare new hires devices
- Troubleshoot problems
- Project management on IT implementations and updates
- Manage user access to applications
- Lead community facing IT instruction as directed
- Conduct audits and analysis of system usage
- Manage software platforms including PowerBI and phone systems

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Information Technologies.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge & support of multiple types of computers, tablets, and cell phone hardware and operating systems
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint)
- Advance knowledge of intranet/internet/cloud/mobile computing
- Ability to multi-task with multiple projects
- Personality and demeanor to deal with the public and assist participants.
- Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities.
- Detail-oriented and professional.
- Ability to analyze and diagnose problems and work independently to solve them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
