What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and interpreting financial statements to identify trends and guide decision-making
  • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports
  • Leading cost-saving initiatives and assessing investment opportunities
  • Partnering with leadership to drive continuous improvement projects
  • Managing staff in day-to-day accounting tasks

    • About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 years of experience leading finance in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience driving strategic initiatives
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
