What You’ll Do:
As a Human Resources Assistant, you’ll help keep our HR operations running smoothly by supporting key HR functions, including:
- Recruiting & Onboarding – Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in new hire onboarding.
- Employee Relations – Be a friendly, approachable resource for employees with general HR questions.
- HR Administration – Maintain organized employee records, update HR databases, and assist with payroll changes.
- Benefits Assistance – Support employees with benefit enrollment and related inquiries.
- Compliance & Safety – Help track OSHA compliance and ensure company policies align with labor regulations.
- Training & Development – Assist in scheduling and coordinating employee training sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn!
