Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.
Responsibilities :
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner- Assisting customers with policy information, claims, and billing questions- Communicating policy changes and updates- Providing customers with accurate information and guidance on insurance products and services- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently- Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed- Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery- Social Media Marketing Duties as needed
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent- Previous customer service experience preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Bilingual in Spanish and English
