Location: Mission View Elementary
Mandatory Training Days: June 17 & 18, 2025
Dates: June 23-July 17, 2025

Salary: $22.45 - $24.83 per hour

Responsibilities
- Support summer school principal with initial school set-up.
- Serve as secretary to summer school faculty, staff, and administration.
- Provide administrative support, public relations, customer service and promote positive relationships within the school.
- Maintain confidential records and files, registration reports, attendance records, and other information required by the Summer School program and district.
- Assist in coordinating and chaperoning school activities.
- Handle a wide range of service demands including significant interaction with students, staff, parents, and the public.
- Maintain a variety of confidential records, files and reports on registration, attendance, and other information required by the building and district.
- Attendance and punctuality are critical for this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required.
- Previous Wenatchee School District secretarial experience preferred.
- Bilingual and bi-literate in English and Spanish REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of school operations and policies and procedures.
- Experience using computer software applications: Skyward, Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Basic accounting and budgeting.
- Responsible for purchasing supplies.
- Skills in oral, written and persuasive communication; standard English and Spanish usage, spelling and grammar.
- Prepare documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, punctuality and attendance expectations.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
