Wencl Plumbing has been a locally owned and operated Plumbing and HVAC company, servicing Owatonna and the surrounding areas, for over 45 years.
We are currently seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming phone calls, booking customer service requests, assisting with scheduling appointments, routing calls to appropriate person as needed, and providing office support.
Support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints. Being the front line of support for clients and customers, ensuring that customers are satisfied with Wencl products and services.
Work Hours : 11am-5pm, Monday through Friday
Compensation : $19-$23 / hour, depending on experience
Required Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Organized
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- 1 years of sales experience (preferred)
Desired Qualifications :
Working knowledge of the Plumbing and HVAC industry
Candidates will be required to pass a drug screen and background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
