The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full cycle recruiting processes, and the unique talent needed to fill multiple Managerial, Leadership, and Corporate level positions. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the business, ensuring that positions are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Create and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract candidates for hourly, supervisory, and management roles.
- Collaborate with corporate leaders and district/regional managers to anticipate staffing needs and plan recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Sourcing & Engaging Candidate:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Build relationships to drive a robust talent pipeline to increase awareness of career opportunities in the quick service industry.
- Ensure a high-touch, positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Hiring & Selection:
- Oversee Manager, Leader and Corporate recruitment processes, including job function alignment, postings, resume reviews, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Work with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications, fit, and potential to thrive in the quick service environment.
- Assist with interview scheduling and decision-making to ensure a streamlined hiring process.
- Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the industry by promoting company culture, values, and career advancement opportunities.
- Attend and represent the company at hiring events and community outreach programs.
- Data-Driven Recruiting:
- Analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and turnover rates to improve efficiency and hiring success.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in the recruiting process.
- Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of onboarding processes to ensure employee retention.
Additional Information:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of the business.
- Due to the sensitivity of the role, the role request the candidate to pass a background check and not require work sponsorship.
Working Conditions:
- Typical work schedule is Monday – Friday from 9:00AM – 6:00 PM
- Fast-paced environment typical of the quick service restaurant industry.
- May require occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Office-based role with minimal potential for remote work flexibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, ideally within the quick service or retail industry.
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruiting and handling the fast-paced hiring needs typical in the QSR environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruiting platforms.
