Construction Skilled Siding Foreman

Job Summary: Wenger has a highly skilled and dedicated siding team that specializes in commercial siding and sheet metal. We install a variety of commercial siding and sheet metal products – we make buildings look beautiful! We are very proud of the award-winning projects that we have cladded over the decades and are looking to grow our siding team. Wenger takes great pride in providing a World Class Customer experience and creating an environment where our workers can learn and grow, personally and professionally. We are seeking to hire an experienced siding and sheet metal foreman who has experience overseeing a crew. We value what you bring to the table and will pay you based on your experience. You will get 3 performance reviews in your 1st year. 60 day, 6 month and annual. These are comprehensive reviews that allow you to earn the value you are bringing to the table which relate to work ethic, attitude, attendance, skillset, teamwork and more! After your 60 day proving period, if you do your part, we will do ours and you will be invited into Wenger Worker Academy. What does that mean?
