Wenham Carter search firm is hiring on behalf of an exciting mobility company that is scaling their electric vehicle battery manufacturing operations in the US and are hiring for a Facilities / Utilities Engineer to be a key member of the startup team who are launching the plant from the ground up.
Requirements :
- Ability to quickly analyze and resolve issues, driving changes in production departments.
- Flexible skill set with the capability to rotate across roles (e.g., Production, Quality).
- Strong customer focus and commitment to adhering to Quality Operating System processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results.
- Confident technical mentor with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work any shift in a 7-day schedule and travel significantly during the plant start-up phase.
- Willingness to work remotely or in-person at temporary facilities during start-up.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills.
