About the Role
The principal/Senior Consultant at Wenham Carter Group will act as 2nd key team member in our newly founded New York (Brooklyn) office, working alongside our VP, North America.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with our VP, North America in winning new business.
- Conduct new candidate & company research, develop candidate pipelines, and engage candidates through Face-to-face meetings, LinkedIn, emails, or phone calls.
- Ensure the completion of job descriptions, target company lists, and market maps at the outset of a search.
- Conduct detailed research projects to map candidates & companies from relevant industries.
- Source, screen, and review candidates for each search.
- Prepare for client update calls by creating a clear agenda with discussion topics and ensuring each search instance of our database is updated and error-free.
- Transcribe notes during client update calls, detailing company updates, candidate updates, and client suggestions.
- Consistently discover & add qualified candidates outside of the Stellar Talent Solutions network to our database.
Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years of experience winning executive searches and placing candidates in a full 360 role (Ideally within FinTech/Payments/FS).
- Professional experience in an externally facing recruitment role.
- Proven track record of managing numerous projects and competing demands with tight deadlines.
