What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Pool Lifeguard position at Wentworth By The Sea Country Club?
Wentworth By The Sea Country Club is currently seeking Lifeguards for our 2025 pool season. Our pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Candidates must have at least one years experience as a lifeguard. Must have a valid lifeguard certification. Located right on New Hampshire's seacoast. We offer a great working environment with meals included.
Lifeguard position has 3 different shifts.
Opening shifts are 8:00am – 3:00pm.
Mid-day shift is 12:00pm – 6:00pm.
Closing shifts are 3:00pm – 8:45pm.
All hires are required to work at least one closing shift.
Opening shift includes getting the pool ready for the day by cleaning out skimmers, pulling & cleaning the pool vacuum, and making sure assorted equipment is on deck for the day.
Closing duties include putting away all safety equipment, remove trash, straighten up the deck and other assorted cleaning duties.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
