Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking a Phone operator. The person will answer and direct all incoming telephone calls and must provide warm and gracious customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent telephone etiquette and strong organizational skills.
The responsibilities of the phone operator include:
- Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls efficiently while offering warm and friendly service.
- Ensuring that verbiage is consistent with hotel and Forbes Five-star standards
- Accommodating guest requests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Maintaining an accurate log of special guest requests
- Commanding a knowledge of the features, amenities, and hours of operation of all resort outlets
- Ensuring that all reservation calls are handled graciously and efficiently
Previous customer service experience is required; experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
