JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Inside sales representatives (ISR) work with customers to create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. ISR are friendly, well-spoken, and ready to close the deal. WB ISRs generate and process sales through customer interactions and ensure superior customer service. Additionally, the ISR will support several Regional Sales Managers and accounts.
Essential Functions
- Continuously Improve Customer Satisfaction (External & Internal)
- Learn WB product features/benefits and complete ongoing product training
- Responsible for proactive selling to new and existing customers
- Develop leads and referrals to regional sales managers
- Responsible for closing deals and processing orders accurately
- Implement marketing plans assigned by management
- Achieve and exceed sales and performance goals
- Assist all sales personnel in their techniques, training, and projects
- Balance quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.

- Must be presentable and happy to wear Company logo attire
- Product and industry knowledge an advantage
- Exceptional communication and cheerful demeanor
- Must have a professional and courteous manner; both over the phone and face to face

- IT competent with Microsoft Team, Outlook, Word and Excel

Work Environment
Working conditions are normal for an office area; working in a close team environment. Interactions with customers over the phone, email, and face to face. Cross department communications with production, engineering, accounting and purchasing is a common occurrence.
