About the RoleAs our Founding Board Member (Investor Relations), you’ll be directly shaping the trajectory of WerQ AI as we navigate critical funding milestones—from our current angel/seed phase all the way to unicorn status and beyond. You’ll provide strategic counsel, leverage your network to connect us with top-tier investors, and help refine our financial storytelling to fuel rapid growth.
Responsibilities:- Strategic Fundraising Leadership: Define our fundraising roadmap, from immediate capital needs to longer-term rounds that take WerQ AI into high-valuation territory.
- Investor Material Refinement: Provide guidance on pitch decks, financial models, and growth narratives that capture the imagination of potential investors.
- Network Leveraging: Deploy your personal and professional connections (VCs, angels, family offices) to secure strategic partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Long-Term Capital Strategy: Provide guidance on financial planning, burn rate management, and sustainable scaling that supports a future $100B vision.
- Board Engagement: Attend quarterly board meetings and ad-hoc sessions as the first official board member, laying the groundwork for future board composition and governance.
