Job Summary
This administrative role will perform a variety of tasks to support the office manager, engineers and the administrative report specialist. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detailed, organized, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile field reports using text, photos and numerical data submitted by field technicians.
- Review field schedule, identify missing reports, and follow-up with field technician.
- Follow-up with employees regarding missing timesheet entries.
- Run errands upon request.
- Assist office manager in tracking receipts and employee reimbursements.

- Answer phones (low volume).
- Various duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, basic Excel and general computer proficiency.
- Dependability and a committed work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior administrative experience is a plus.
Work Environment & Benefits:
- Flexible hours may be available.
- Part time position is not eligible for health insurance benefit.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
