Candidates must have:
- Valid Registered Nursing License plus at least 2 years of experience working as an RN
- Proven leadership skills, professional attitude and the ability to work within a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
- Strong supervisory experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
