We are looking for an accomplished Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Wesco International. As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through innovative sales approaches.
Your key objective is to interact with existing customers to increase sales of our products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, enriching the customer's buying experience. Your goal is to own a portfolio of larger, more complex accounts and demonstrate mastery in all aspects of the inside sales process.
Main Accountabilities
- Sales Results: Meet or exceed performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, and efficiency objectives.
- Product Advocacy: Advocate for our products and offer value-added services to propel sales growth.
- Account Building: Build strong business relationships in developing existing accounts and prospects for opportunities within the account base.
- Opportunity Management: Oversee, qualify, and develop opportunities transferred from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
- Competitive Knowledge: Stay current on new products and share competitive knowledge with colleagues.
- Trend Sharing: Share industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback with leadership.
- Team Guidance: Provide guidance to other ISRs on processes, systems, customers, and other areas.
