About the Role
As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction at Wesco International. You will be responsible for interacting with existing customers to increase sales of our products and/or services.
You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, adding value to the customer's buying experience. Your goal is to own a book of larger, more complex accounts and demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of the inside sales process.
Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, and efficiency objectives.
- Market Products: Market our products and offer value-added services to drive sales growth.
- Grow Existing Accounts: Develop strong business relationships in growing existing accounts and prospects for opportunities within the account base.
- Qualify and Develop Opportunities: Own, qualify, and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
- Stay Competitive: Keep abreast of new products and acquire and share competitive knowledge.
- Report Industry Trends: Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management.
- Lead ISRs: May function as the lead for other ISRs with respect to processes, systems, customers, etc.
