Office Clerk
Summary
As a Receptionist/Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing front desk operations. Your core skills in clerical duties, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities will ensure smooth daily operations. You will utilize premium skills such as managing multi-line phone systems and QuickBooks, while your relevant experience with Microsoft Office and data entry will enhance our administrative efficiency. The responsibilities of this position are:
- Filing paper documents, profiling all electronic documents into Netdocs, scanning, printing and saving new matters into our system.
- Processing & posting all incoming and outgoing mail
- Calendaring - entering all calendaring slips into the system accurately
- Updating all law library books with new inserts.
- Assist with supply orders and any other tasks needed.
- Assist the Director with events planning and ordering of supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
