- Be the Heart of Communication : Answer all incoming calls, texts, and emails, offering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for patients.
- Stay Organized & In Control : Utilize your strong organizational skills to manage appointment schedules, data entry, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination of patient services.
- Provide Outstanding Service : Resolve patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and cared for.
- Collaborate & Support : Work closely with our clinical and medical staff to keep the scheduling process running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
- Maintain Confidentiality : Safeguard patient information with the highest level of professionalism, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Be the Problem Solver : Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and patient concerns in a constructive and timely manner, always with a focus on providing the best possible care.
- Go Above and Beyond : Assist with patient referrals, intake forms, work / school excuses, and submitting diagnostic orders—all while delivering the highest quality service!
