As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and eager to learn Administrative Assistant to support our growing HR Department.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team. We would consider someone with two years administrative experience, a degree in human resources but no actual HR experience. However, we would prefer for a candidate to have worked in an administrative capacity in an HR Department for a minimum of two years and looking to advance their career in the field of human resources.
Requirements :
To be successful in this role this individual must be :
eager to learn about HR laws, compliance and best practices.
able to excel in a fast paced environment.
able to shift priorities quickly.
proficient in the use of an HRIS (data entry) and Microsoft products.
able to work well on self-guided projects or collaboratively.
able to maintain confidentiality.
Other important qualifications :
A broad understanding of all HR functional areas, terminology and abbreviations.
Experience providing support in a multi-state company.
Experience providing support in a multi-site company.
A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
