We are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join us as a full time hybrid employee in our Franklin, TN office . This position will provide essential support to the Human Resources department by performing administrative tasks and contributing to the efficient operation of HR functions. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and employee training sessions.
- Handle HR-related correspondence and maintain office filing systems.
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company websites.
- Assist in conducting phone screens and communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Organize and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and ensuring completion of new hire paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee information in HR systems and databases.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and audit readiness.
- Assist in the creation, editing, and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Responsible for the data entry and record retention for the HR department
- Provide support for employee benefits enrollment and changes.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing general HR-related questions.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team events.
- Support HR projects, initiatives, and policy updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
