Description
The HR Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the City Enterprises leadership team. This role is responsible for both c-suite admin support, as well as administrative tasks supporting the Human Resources Department. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources & Compliance. The HR Administrative Assistant will handle tasks such as greeting guests, setup & clean up for meetings/luncheons, print & copy as needed, as well as maintaining employee electronic records, assisting with HR projects, supporting recruitment & onboarding efforts, as well as the preparation and delivery of various HR-related paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including both digital and physical files.
- Paperwork Processing: Handle HR-related paperwork as assigned.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain HR databases, create reports for management as assigned.
- General Administrative Tasks: Manage phone calls, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support to the CE Leadership team
- Collaboration with Executive Assistant: ongoing collaboration with the CEO's Executive Assistant to support any needs onsite, including errands as needed.

Qualifications
