Wesscapes is looking for an Experienced Hardscape Crew Leader to ensure the proper, efficient, and timely completion of installations and repairs that keeps with the high quality standards of our company.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
Complete knowledge in hardscape installation, including but not limited to :Paver walkways
Paver patiosPaver drivewaysRetaining wallsEdging stonesBlock and coping stepsOutdoor kitchensFire pitsFire placesCultured stone over concrete wallsConcrete walkways, patios, and driveways a plusLead a small team of Hardscape Technicians to complete a wide variety of Hardscape projects and tasksGenerally a team of either 2 or 3
Direct Activities on the job site, including coordinating workflow, hands on work, and operating a variety of machinery.Manage personnel effectively and efficiently. Ability to lead a team by utilizing primarily positive reinforcement.Trains crew members with varying degrees of experience and ability in the best practices of installation and company standards.Monitor and account for all tools, equipment, and machinery on site. Identify needed maintenance as soon as it comes up.Always maintain a clean and safe worksite.Communicates well with all crew members, owner, and clienteleStrives to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility in the future.Requirements :

Must have a minimum of 2 years professional work experience in the hardscaping industry and be able to prove that they have been in charge of installations themselves and / or led a team of installers themselvesValid Drivers’ License that must be maintained for duration of employment. Abstract will be required upon hire.Must be able to pass a background checkAbility to work in most weather conditions, including light rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.Ability to perform heavy, physical labor daily. Ability to lift to 50 lbs.Job Details (Including but not limited to) :
