Wessling Architects, PLLC. is a full-service architectural Firm based in Braintree, MA, with a broad level of experience and a long track record of success in Architecture, Historic Building Restoration, Interior Design, and Building Enclosure Consulting. We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper to join our team.

BOOKKEEPER / DEFINITION OF POSITION

The position will be a Part Time, Hourly Paid position. The position’s regular work hours can be flexible, and attendance in the office is mandatory (this is a remote position). The office work hours typically range between 7:30 AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday. It is assumed that the position will require approximately twenty to twenty-four hours per week. You will be paid overtime as required by state and federal law. This position is eligible for the Company’s sick time benefit program according to Massachusetts Law.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Willingness to learn and apply the Firm’s existing bookkeeping / QuickBooks standards and processes.

· Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a bookkeeper.

· Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise; including creating individual jobs for clients, creating estimates, completing progress invoicing from the estimates, entering payments and applying to appropriate jobs.

· Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise reports.

· Experience with Excel and formulas.

· Experience with Microsoft office suite and Outlook.

· A successful candidate must be organized, have a strong attention to detail, and have reliable attendance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
