We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to support a Federal Government client. This role involves managing federal IT projects, facilitating operational environments, and ensuring effective coordination of resources and tasks. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of federal IT project management practices, knowledge of OMB Circular A-11, and experience with Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in IT project management within the federal government.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of OMB Circular A-11 and CPIC processes to support financial and capital planning requirements.
- Develop executive-level materials, including briefings and reports, for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate operational environment by managing resources and tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
- Lead the coordination of work across the Division, aligning Contractor resources with internal teams and external collaborators.
- Establish and maintain a centralized storage system for program/project management documentation and CPIC reporting, ensuring intellectual capital is organized and easily accessible.
- Serve as the primary interface between the Contractor team and the Federal Government client, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Required Skills:
- 10 years in an IT environment with project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Proven expertise in IT project management within the federal government
- Strong knowledge of OMB Circular A-11 and CPIC processes
- Strong presentation skills
- Secret Clearance
