We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process loan applications by gathering necessary financial information from clients.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis to determine borrower eligibility and risk factors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional service throughout the loan process.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other financial professionals to facilitate loan approvals.
- Utilize accounting software and financial software tools to manage client data and documentation accurately.
- Prepare contracts and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to lending.
- Provide guidance on loan options, terms, and conditions to help clients make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions in accordance with company policies.
Skills
- MUST know how to work Aggregate Leads "Live short & long form". Not Exclusive leads, NOT incoming calls. You must be skilled and fast enough to reach out directly to the potential client and earn their business.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in financial sales or loan origination.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial software applications.
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations related to loans and interest rates.
- Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for data entry tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously.
