Role Description
This is a contract and Hybrid role for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval of real estate, commercial, or credit loans. Daily tasks will include underwriting loans, working closely with clients to analyze their financial status, credit, and property evaluations. Additionally, the Loan Officer will assist clients with loan origination and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Loan Officer and in Loan Origination
- Strong Finance and Underwriting skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in loan software and technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in handling diverse clientele is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
