Role Qualifications:

Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and sustain an effective operating model that integrates agency and client workflows for efficient project execution.
  • Establish standardized workflows, lane standards, naming conventions, and reporting systems to track progress and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee demand planning and project intake processes to align client needs with available resources.

Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor project performance to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze key metrics to track resource utilization, assess progress, and recommend adjustments.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster strong relationships between agency teams and clients to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to review project milestones, address challenges, and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Act as the escalation point for resolving roadblocks and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Team Leadership and Support:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Project Managers and other team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Support Command Center staff by coaching and offering hands-on backup when needed.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Account Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain the operating model, ensuring process consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage demand planning, project intake, and prioritization to align client requirements with agency capabilities.
  • Define lane standards, workflows, naming conventions, and reporting structures for project tracking and health assessments.
  • Provides guidance and leads the design of templates to ensure consistency where needed and customizability to meet client needs.
  • Lead team meetings to review progress, resolve challenges, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and drive operational enhancements.
  • Handle escalations, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to Command Center and Account Management teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure aligned project execution.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and integrate them into future workflows.


Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, process optimization, or similar roles within advertising or fast-paced professional services environments.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and workflow standardization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and data analysis software.
  • Leadership and coaching experience to build and support effective teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Change management experience.


Salary : $114,000 - $125,800
