West Central Behavioral Health is seeking applicants for the Clinical Supervisor position. The individual will be responsible for the hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, supervising and managing performance.
The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the management team that involves collaboration with other clinical and administrative leaders around delivery of shared services, communication of new initiatives, and collaboration with outside agencies around shared clinical endeavors.
The Clinical Supervisor participates in development of program activities and assigns cases to team members. Responsible for ensuring staff provide quality clinical care and meet all clinical documentation and productivity goals.
The individual provides services and support to staff members as needed. The Clinical Supervisor will provide some direct services to clients.
