Receptionist Responsibilities
· Greeting visitors and directing them to the person or office they are visiting
· Managing security and telecommunications systems
· Transferring calls as necessary
· Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
· Clerical task (copies, receiving mail and packages)
· Perform filing and recordkeeping/ organizing
· Maintaining the reception area
· Expected Hours: 29 hours per week (Monday-Friday) 8:00am-2:00pm

Receptionist Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED
· Or Associate or Bachelor’s degree in communications or business
· Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
· Excellent computer skills which include knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office
· Preferred: Previous experience in an office setting is a plus
