Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking full time Laborer to join our team. We prefer this person has knowledge of flat roofing (PVC, TPO, EPDM), must have a MN driver's license, CDL preferred. Starting wages vary depending on previous work experience.
Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks for jobs
- Deliver materials to jobsites
- Set up and tear down jobsites
- Service calls to locate leak sources and do repairs
- Work with a crew on full roof installations
Requirements
- Previous experience in flat roofing.
- Proficient in operating trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Assist with equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Must be able to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
- MN driver's license, CDL preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
