As the Sales Manager , you will lead the B2B sales team to exceed revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership : Set revenue and margin goals, lead the sales team with clear KPIs, and drive accountability through regular 1 : 1 meetings.
Strategic Planning : Partner with the Executive Team to define growth objectives, develop prospecting and retention strategies, and align territory goals.
CRM Implementation : Oversee the implementation of HubSpot, establishing effective reporting structures.
Data-Driven Insights : Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Team Development : Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and performance.
Event Management : Plan and execute tradeshow strategies, coordinate VIP events, and oversee team participation during peak seasons.
Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
Recruitment & Onboarding : Lead hiring efforts for new sales team members and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in sales management, ideally in a B2B environment.
Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $100,000 to $125,000.
Performance Bonus : Opportunity to earn bonuses tied to achieving growth targets across all representatives and product lines, with payouts based on revenue milestones.
On-Target Earnings (OTE) : Total compensation, including base salary and bonuses, is expected to range from $150,000 to $175,000.
