This role combines strategic and hands-on responsibilities, working directly with the VP of Marketing while collaborating with sales teams and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a performance marketing background, experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, and a passion for creating impactful marketing strategies.Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and demand generation.Create engaging content, including blogs, case studies, and promotional materials (e.g., flyers), using tools like Canva.Manage and optimize email marketing efforts, implementing structured and automated campaigns.Oversee the company's e-commerce marketing efforts with partners like Lowe's, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Amazon (analysis-focused).Utilize HubSpot to manage the marketing pipeline; work closely with the sales team on Salesforce transitions while retaining marketing efforts in HubSpot.Optimize the company’s website through A / B testing and performance enhancements.Plan and manage PR efforts, including trade show coordination and award submissions.Collaborate with general managers across locations to adjust local marketing strategies and promotions.Assist in generating B2B leads through LinkedIn and other demand-generation initiatives.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5 or more years of marketing experience.Strong background in performance marketing and general marketing.Proficiency in HubSpot for marketing pipelines and campaign management.Hands-on experience with content creation, email marketing, and e-commerce strategies.Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.Compensation : $110,000 - $135,000 base salary performance-based bonus, medical / dental / vision, 401k and PTO.#J-18808-Ljbffr
