Position Overview/Objective:
The position will assist in managing our front desk and be the first point of contact for all calls and visitors. The position will be responsible for managing receptionist duties that help create a productive office. This is a customer service role requiring a friendly personality and the ability to deal with tasks in a timely manner. We promote advancement from within and have opportunities for growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Maintain digital & hard copy filings
- Understanding of daily scheduling & job confirmations
- Assist with obtaining liens and purchase orders
- Accounts receivable & calling overdue accounts
- Support other office personnel and sales representatives when needed
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Good customer service with communication & written skills
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Ability to work individually and in a group setting
- Desire to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
- Proficient in Word, Adobe & Excel with Quickbooks experience being a plus
