We are seeking an Administrative Secretary to join our team and provide essential support in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Duties
- Serve as a personal assistant to management, handling correspondence and scheduling
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Utilize Spanish language skills for communication with Spanish-speaking clients or colleagues
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Assist with medical receptionist duties when needed, including patient check-ins
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries
- Efficiently manage calendars and appointments for executives or staff members
- Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Typing documents accurately and promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with calendar management software is preferred
