Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

Plan and execute reconstruction projects, both residential and commercial, while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Project Manager Estimator is responsible for estimating the reconstruction project, signing the job, and the day-to-day management of the project including by not limited to the following:

• Customer Service

• Communication

• Vendor Selection

• Material Procurement

• Permitting

• Scheduling

• Budgeting

• Financial Reporting

• Safety Compliance

• Quality Control

• Read and interpret residential and commercial blueprints.

• Estimate and Project Manage both Residential and Commercial properties.

• Work closely with Marketing and Sales.

• Work Closely with Operation and Contents division.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years experience estimating and Project Managing restoration and construction jobs for residential and commercial properties.

• Experience with Xactimate, MICA, DASH, and Sales Force preferred.

• IICRC Certifications in fire, smoke, water and mold.

• Highly Organized and meticulous attention to detail

• Experience with Insurance Companies and Adjusters

• Effective written and oral communication

• High school diploma/GED

• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat

• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing

• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Compensation: Up to $225,000 per year including base compensation and bonuses.
