Job Description:
Plan and execute reconstruction projects, both residential and commercial, while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Project Manager Estimator is responsible for estimating the reconstruction project, signing the job, and the day-to-day management of the project including by not limited to the following:
- Customer Service
- Communication
- Vendor Selection
- Material Procurement
- Permitting
- Scheduling
- Budgeting
- Financial Reporting
- Safety Compliance
- Quality Control
- Read and interpret residential and commercial blueprints.
- Estimate and Project Manage both Residential and Commercial properties.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales.
- Work Closely with Operation and Contents division.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years experience estimating and Project Managing restoration and construction jobs for residential and commercial properties.
- Experience with Xactimate, MICA, DASH, and Sales Force preferred.
- IICRC Certifications in fire, smoke, water and mold.
- Highly Organized and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with Insurance Companies and Adjusters
- Effective written and oral communication
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Compensation: Up to $225,000 per year including base compensation and bonuses.
