SCHEDULE
Hybrid: Monday – Friday (40 hours)
Monday/Friday Remote, Tues-Thurs in-office
CONTRACT TERM
1 year with a high likelihood of extension or conversion to full time employee
POSITION OVERVIEW - Project Administrative Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize notes and maintain detailed project information.
- Support project management by providing timely updates and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and distributing reports, memos, and other project-related documents.
- Communicate with project teams to ensure consistent information flow.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
- Perform data entry, manage databases, and keep records organized.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all project communications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Oil & Gas experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree required
