Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.Partner with Human Resources Director to provide performance management guidance to the Leadership Team (coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations)..Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and HR best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Manage all Workers Comp and Unemployment Claims efficiently and effectively.Administer monthly benefit orientation, new hire enrollments, changes and separations for healthcare benefits, Life Insurance and 401(k).Champion our company-wide safety programs in a manner that maintains maximum employee safety consistent with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines. Lead quarterly virtual safety meetings.Coordinate with Leadership Team regarding requests for LOA and administrative policies and procedures.Update and maintain employee information in the HRIS system.Processes hourly personnel status change (address, pay, position, status, terminations, etc.) in a timely manner.Performs other duties and projects as assigned.WHAT YOU’LL BRING :
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize based on urgencyAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.Work in officeEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
