Position Overview :
We are offering a full-time Franchise Operations Manager position at our Sacramento headquarters. The role involves overseeing daily franchise operations, implementing strategies to ensure franchisee success, and supporting the brand's growth. You will be responsible for maintaining communication with existing and potential franchisees, managing invoicing and project tasks, and collaborating with the executive team on marketing and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of existing franchise locations, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve franchisee success and operational efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with existing franchisees to provide support and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Handle invoicing and manage financial transactions related to franchise operations.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives across franchise locations.
