Stipend position. Work as needed. Responsible for the aide and implementation of marching band curriculum in cooperation with the Valley Band directors.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Attend rehearsals as scheduled by directors.
- Assist in implementing a plan of instruction for students.
- Provide specific assistance/instruction to small groups or individuals.
- Attend marching performances and football games.
- Maintain a welcoming environment for students.
- Assist directors with visual warm-up.
- Work with directors to determine appropriate equipment needs.
- As requested, assist with show design and coordination.
- As needed, run sectional rehearsals during or outside scheduled rehearsal times.
- Complete all training as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
