What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health and Addiction Prescriber position at West Grove Clinic?
West Grove Clinic is seeking a Doctor, Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant who has an interest working with both the mental health and addiction population. We have locations in Appleton, Kenosha, Oak Creek and Milwaukee.
We are seeking a provider who will take virtual referrals from all of our sites and in person referrals from Milwaukee.
We are a patient-focused, growing mental health and addiction clinic with a strong emphasis on a team approach to patient care. We are willing to train the right candidate under a dually-licensed, board certified addictionologist and psychiatrist. West Grove Clinic is a collaborative clinic and providers have the opportunity to be a part of a treatment team that consists of counselors, case managers, and the IOP team.

What would you be responsible for as a clinician at West Grove Clinic:
- Completing documentation in a timely manner using our cloud based EHR.
- Submitting billing in a timely manner using our cloud based billing system.
- Managing your schedule, front desk staff does assist with scheduling new and existing clients.
- Making sure your clients have completed all necessary paperwork.

Pay range varies based on licensure type.
