Responsibilities:
Your duties will include performing routine medical procedures, such as vaccinations and physical exams, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, collaborating with our experienced veterinarians to develop treatment plans, and communicating effectively with clients regarding their pets' health and well-being. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and clients, adhering to established protocols and procedures for handling and disposing of biohazardous materials, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must possess a strong educational background, preferably with an associate's degree in veterinary technology or a related field. One year of professional experience in a veterinary setting is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Certification in veterinary technology (CVT) or registered veterinary technician (RVT) would be beneficial.
