- Payroll
- * Create and manage contracts

- * Payroll data management
- * Manage employee data in Procare & Inova Payroll systems
- * Process timesheets weekly
- * Process payroll monthly
- * Payroll monies monthly transfer
- * Post payroll ACH & payroll transfer in Procare
- * Manage garnishments & salary caps
- * Employ support
- Employee Setup / Separation Management
- * Set up school email
- * Invite to Procare Connect, GroupMe
- * Add bio to website
- * Add to Procare, Inova Payroll
- * Employee separation: reverse above, figure final pay, prepare forms
- Employee Records Management
- * Timesheets
- * Keep required forms up to date
- * Payroll records
- * New employee forms (keep up-to-date)
- * Archives (payroll records, employee records)
- Set up for new year (over summer)
- * Employee data management
- * Check schedules
- * Payroll spreadsheet
- * Create employee contracts
- * Check required forms for updates

- * Help bookkeeper with financials when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- No nights
- No weekends
