Responsibilities: As an Administrative Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff.
- Typing and processing correspondence, forms, and reports as needed.
- Assisting with identification pictures, operating equipment, and maintaining records and files.
- Distributing textbooks, assisting with athletic responsibilities, and preparing requisitions for supplies.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Principal or Designee.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalency.
- A passing score on a typing test of at least 50 wpm with no more than three errors.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- The ability to establish and maintain accurate files and operate office machines efficiently.
- Two years of experience in general office work.
