Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up to date and accessible.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and calendar management.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office management functions.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Familiarity with office management practices, including data entry and clerical duties.
