We are looking for an energetic and detailed Account Manager to serve an account in the Ludington, MI area.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
Quality Control:
- Own the service that is being provided at the account. KPI/Metric(s) - Review and respond to Quality Control Reports when received. Have very specific resolution plan in place within 24 hours for any issues found. Notify Quality Control inspector by email that issues were found and addressed once completed.
- Hands on training of all Team Members is taking place initially and on an ongoing basis. KPI/Metric(s) - All team members must complete initial training. In addition to initial training, ensure that team members are
knowledgeable on all tasks required of them and re-train as much as necessary.
Customer/Team Member Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with all customer contacts/decision makers. KPI/Metric(s) - Ensure that regular communication is taking place with customer contacts/decision makers via email/call/text. Attend regular partnership meetings/customer walk throughs at least once a month.
- Ensure that services are trusted and valued by customer contacts/customer employees.
- Consistently monitor and develop the performance of all Team Members to ensure that they deliver the excellent quality that we expect to provide to every one of our customers. KPI/Metrics(s) - Perform inspection of individual team members accounts regularly. Encourage positive performance face to face.
- Encourage and provide positive feedback and interaction with all Team Members.
Financial Management:
- Assume complete responsibility for account related financials. KPI/Metric(s) - Daily review of labor hours. Adjust job budgets as necessary. Monthly review of Job Cost Analysis Report provided by Regional Manager. Make any necessary adjustments to account to ensure that profit % is in line with yearly company projections.
- Continuously evaluate account for operational improvements and plan for future adjustment for increased profitability and reduced labor.
Personal Development:
- Consistently communicate company mission and values. Perform at least one group activity per quarter that exemplifies loving and serving well.

- Continuously stress the importance of workplace safety and identify potential hazards. Observe and hold Team Members accountable to safe work practices to reduce company exposure to serious injuries.
Requirements of the Account Manager:
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer facing role, must have pleasant personality
- Self motivated
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
- Must be able to pass a background and fingerprint check
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Time: 2:00pm to 10:30pm - Some fluctuation based on customer needs
Hours Available: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Starting Pay Rate: Annual pay $50,000 to $54,000 (depending on experience)
