Customer Success Manager
Requirements of the Customer Success Manager:
- Prior Quality experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
- Must be able to pass a background and fingerprint check
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and willing to drive often
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Time: 7:00am to 3:00pm - Schedule may slightly vary on occasion
Hours Available: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Starting Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00/hour

Main Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager:
- Perform regular walk-through inspections for accounts to confirm the quality of service meets or exceeds the contractual requirements
- Develop positive relationships with the point of contact at all accounts and perform exemplary customer service
- May cover accounts as needed performing custodial work
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Empty Trash receptacles
- Dust office equipment
- Wipe down hard surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors
- Clean interior windows/ doors
