About Us: Founded in 1976, West-Mont United Soccer Association (West-Mont) is one of the oldest organized youth soccer programs in Eastern Pennsylvania. Its vision is to be a leading soccer organization in the region for player development and competitive play at all ages and abilities.
About the Role
The Boys Travel Director will oversee all technical operations of the West-Mont Boys Travel program, with a focus on growth, development, and competitive success at both local and national levels. This individual will work closely with the Technical Director and other program leaders to ensure consistency and alignment across the Travel programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Head Coach for one or two Travel teams (TBD)
- Develop and implement a structured Player Pathway and competitive program.
- Design age-specific developmental curriculums for all ages and stages (Zone 1 and Zone 2).
- Assist the Technical Director in program staffing and team development.
- Lead tryouts and build competitive teams.
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and families.
- Submit monthly reports to the Technical Director.
- Develop and execute a player evaluation process, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Maintain regular office hours (3 days/week, 5 hours/day; schedule TBD).
- Commit to a minimum of three field nights per week during the season.
- Participate in DTP Pre-Season Camps (schedule TBD).
- Plan and oversee the U13-U15 Boys Team Residential Camp.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of relevant technical leadership experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- US Soccer or UEFA A License preferred.
- Background in US Soccer Club Technical Leadership preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
